Tenancy Team


Our Tenancy Management Team is responsible for the prevention and resolution of anti-social behaviour and much more, including:

  • Delivering and managing our OkEachDay service
  • Pre-void inspections
  • Mutual exchanges
  • Tenancy assignments and successions
  • Reviewing fixed term and probationary tenancies
  • Permission requests (for fences, sheds etc.)
  • Property, garden and neighbourhood inspections

To deliver these services the team often works in partnership with various external agencies including Devon and Cornwall Constabulary, Cornwall Council's Crime Reduction Team and Cornwall Council's Environmental Health team.

Jane Pulley
Tenancy Manager

Jane is the line manager for the Tenancy Team and looks after five full-time Tenancy Management Coordinators, two full-time Sheltered Housing Coordinators and one part-time Housing and Support Administrator.

James Wells
Tenancy Management Coordinator

James is responsible for Camborne.

Lynn Wilson
Tenancy Management Coordinator

Lynn is responsible for Helston, Nancegollan, Mawgan, Mullion, The Lizard, Ruan Minor, Porthleven and Carleen.

Lyndsay Barratt
Tenancy Management Coordinator

Lyndsay is responsible for the Camborne, Pool, Troon and Praze an Beeble areas.

Katie Treble
Tenancy Management Coordinator

Katie is responsible for Illogan, Lanner, Carharrack, Four Lanes, Ponsanooth, Falmouth, Mawnan Smith, Mabe, Budock Water, Constantine and Lewannick.

Helen Roberts
Tenancy Inspection Coordinator

Helen is responsible for carrying out our pre-void inspections, mutual exchange inspections and looking at permission requests across our whole stock.

Sue Baker
Housing and Support Administrator

Sue looks after the team's administration and assists with walkabouts, annual property visits and sign-ups.
