Our Coastline Housing App includes all the benefits of My Coastline

My Coastline is our online service for Coastline customers:

  • Report it - tell Coastline anything you need us to know
  • Book it - book, organise and manage your repairs
  • View it - see your accounts and make payments
  • Manage it - read our replies all in one place
  • Find it - lots of information about your home and our services

You can also:

  • Find a home with HomeHunt and HomeSwapper
  • See our events calendar
  • Get involved with our Coastline Conversation

It's on Apple and Android devices

On any of these devices:

  • Go to the Apple iTunes Store or Google Play and search for our free Coastline Housing App
  • Open the app and select from the menu on the main page
  • The Repairs section lets you send in a photo you have taken on your phone - just click the camera logo at the top of the screen
  • Complete the Request a password section so you can See your account, including account balance, household details and upcoming repair appointments - that same password works for our My Coastline online service.

Available within the Coastline Housing App, My Coastline also works in web browsers on your mobile, tablet and computer:

On a mobile or tablet, the apps and service are free but do not include the cost of network data use.
